The goal of this project is to ensure every K-12 student in Michigan has equitable access to a fully trained school nurse who can provide critical and timely support for both mental and physical health care needs. Funding will be used to create training, resources, local and state infrastructure, and collaborative systems, and solidify long-term sustainability for school nurses in Michigan.
