District Health Department #10 will lead county-wide collaborative efforts to establish an interconnected service of school-based mental health supports that will streamline communication across agencies, provide a three-tiered approach to accessing mental health supports, and provide greater reach to families and youth in need. The collaborative will achieve this by closely implementing the Interconnected Systems Framework, a structure and process to establish a single system of delivery across education and mental health, with active family and youth engagement.
