Past Grants

Health Net of West Michigan will scale their model and operations to serve significally more clients through the development of three core areas: 1) motivational interviewing; 2) becoming a trauma-informed organization; and 3) growing internal data analysis capacity. This project will help Health Net of West Michigan as they seek to become a national model by developing their internal expertise, building internal infrastructure, assisting clients to better access services, and maximize their resources.
