To strengthen the home visiting system by equipping home visitors with the tools and support needed to address maternal and family behavioral health challenges. This will be accomplished across 36 counties through targeted training, real time psychiatric consultation via MC3, and collaborative partnerships that enhance access to care, improve workforce capacity, and ensure families are connected to timely, appropriate mental health resources.
