Past Grants

The goal of this project is to increase behavioral/mental health supports and services for children and adolescents in Delta and Schoolcraft counties through a leadership development program that includes community-wide strategic planning and strategic execution with schools, mental health providers, and community organizations. Community stakeholders will use a 90-day implementation model to develop action plans that integrate school-based and community services and promote collaboration among multiple systems.
