The Michigan Collaborative Care Implementation Support Team aims to increase primary care workforce capacity to treat Behavioral Health Program conditions in older adults. This project will develop infrastructure within several clinics and community health centers across Michigan to support efforts by primary care clinics to implement collaborative care through the integration of psychiatric expertise into primary care.
