Past Grants

The primary outcome of this planning grant is to identify a plan to: reduce the number of crimes committed, increase accessibility to human service support, and improve community relations in three identified communities that have a large population of people of color within secure cities of Muskegon Heights, Saginaw, and Flint and determine how to replicate this collaborative programming statewide.
