Past Grants

The SafeSpace project seeks to build an online application to be used for a fall 2020 training and certification of the home visitors who will use the application to help high-risk families navigate to existing and emerging intervention resources. The application will allow the Healthy Homes Coalition to engage the multitudes of home visiting agencies that are already in young children’s homes, assisting home visitors with identifying children most in need of help by conducting quick but informed assessments of housing conditions and reporting high-risk situations to the Healthy Homes Coalition for voluntary intervention.
