Wayne State University will develop and pilot the Nursing Home Checklist (NHC), an innovative mobile app, to improve outcomes related to the Five‐Star Quality Rating System used by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The app will be used by nurses and nursing aide staff, management staff, family members, and specified third parties, like care managers, within skilled nursing facilities.
