Mentor2Youth will hire a consultant to help develop a community organizing and engagement plan and create a theory of change and program description to be used in case studies, marketing materials and annual reports. This grant will also support professional development courses for the executive director and prepare the organization for their first audit. These capacity building activities will result in more cohesive programming and an increase in the number of male African American mentors, as well as enhance the organization’s ability to attract more funding, develop stronger evaluation skills, and strengthen internal leadership.
