Past Grants

The Community Foundation for Monroe County will partner with community agencies and organizations to increase access to healthy food, promote health and wellness, and reduce obesity within Monroe County. The program will expand fresh food distribution for low income residents and provide nutrition education and fitness programs to low income, special needs, and senior populations.
