Past Grants

The Grand Haven Area Community Foundation will implement a community-generated health improvement plan for Ottawa County, focusing on improving access to mental health services and increasing nutrition education and wellness programs for residents. The Community Foundation will launch a community health worker program, increase health literacy, provide mental health training for community workers, and develop a community resource guide that provides more information on available nutrition and mental health services.
