Past Grants

West Michigan Partnership for Children will develop and implement a fully-integrated, culturally-appropriate, trauma-informed child and family service system in Kent County utilizing the evidence-based Sanctuary Model. Through this project, administrators will develop a shared understanding of trauma and integrate trauma-responsive policies and practices into their respective organizations to promote resiliency for children in foster care.
