Great Lakes Bay Health Centers (GLBHC) will create a stronger continuum of care for older adults who are using opioids to manage chronic pain. GLBHC will form fully integrated pain management team in Saginaw, providing high-quality, person-centered care; offering alternatives to medication when appropriate; credentialing non-pharmacological methods of treating pain; and educating other health practitioners.
