Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services (Pine Rest) will improve access to pediatric behavioral health treatment through the implementation of innovative workforce development activities, integrated care training, and improved systemic collaboration. Frontline employees will be trained in techniques that will aid them in working with pediatric patients with acute behavioral health needs, which will improve not only the quality of clinical care, but also improve job satisfaction leading to staff retention and increased access. Frontline employees who do not qualify for national and state programs will also be eligible for loan forgiveness through the grant.
