Past Grants

To address the lack of adolescent mental health providers, particularly psychiatrists, the MichiganCollaborative Care Implementation and Support Team (MCCIST), out of the University of Michigan, willa dapt and implement the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) to improve access to team-based mental health care in School Based Health Centers (SBHC) across the state. SBHCs have historically been established in medically underserved areas and are a key resource for students at risk. A very high percentage of students served have public insurance or no insurance.
