Past Grants

AYA Youth Collective supports youth aged 14-24 at higher risk of homelessness, particularly those identifying as LGBTQIA+, people of color, and those with involvement in foster care or juvenile justice, providing 24 supportive housing units across nine homes in Kent County. To facilitate their planned expansion to 80 housing units by 2026, AYA will implement an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to establish structured processes and policies, enhancing productivity, accountability, and data-driven decision-making for sustainable growth.
