Past Grants

This initiative will support access to safe and healthy play every day at school, which will positively impact a child’s physical, social, and emotional development. This project builds on Playworks’ initial partnership with the Health Fund by expanding Playworks’ programming to additional schools in west and mid-Michigan and launching a multi-phase, statewide awareness campaign about the social and emotional benefits of play and recess.
