From the Ground Farmers Market Collective promotes health and nutrition through educational programs that encourage community members to grow, eat, and preserve seasonal whole foods while supporting environmental stewardship and local economies. The project will strengthen organizational capacity by creating a market manager position, enhancing data collection, expanding an online marketplace for food assistance programs, and increasing the use of SNAP benefits at local farmers markets through food demonstrations and targeted outreach.
