A county-wide aging collaborative will build sustainable community capacity, knowledge, and skills to support healthy aging and assist older adults experiencing mental health challenges. The collaborative, led by Genesee Health System and the Genesee Community Health Center, will provide homebound seniors with medical, mental, and other support services through a mobile health clinic.
