Past Grants

Shiawassee County organizations will collaborate through this project to improve food distribution systems, increase access to nutritious local food, and create a centralized hub for residents seeking related social determinants of health resources. Led by an external facilitator, the process will include listening sessions and surveys, prioritizing input from low-income families, seniors, and rural residents.
