While Health Net has grown internally and strengthened its community presence, a prior assessment highlighted the need for improved financial forecasting, systems, and leadership structure. This grant will allow for evaluation and planning for sustainable operations and leadership succession, aligning with strategic priorities beyond 2025 for a successful transition and continued effectiveness.
