TogetherAll is a clinically moderated, online, peer-to-peer support platform that is designed to increase help seeking behaviors and empower diverse populations to engage in care that enhances mental and emotional well-being. The platform is monitored by a professional and will be available for all enrolled Michigan State University students, eliminate barriers to mental health support, and even be accessible for students studying internationally. The platform will increase reach of behavioral health services to mitigate the recent significant increase in demand at Michigan State University.
