This project will provide primary care providers with the knowledge, tools, and referral pathways to optimally treat patients with mild to moderate behavioral health diagnoses. The Upper Peninsula Health Care Solutions team will recreate the successful ECHO model, based on experts at “hub” sites providing coaching and mentorship to clinicians at “spoke” sites. The project will host four ECHO learning sessions focused on pediatric mental health, medication assisted treatment, adverse childhood experiences and trauma, and mental health challenges of older adults.
