Past Grants

Through this funding, the collaborative will advance three goals developed during their formation: 1.) maintain and enhance the capacity of the Alianza Washtenaw coalition by building on existing partnerships and developing new relationships with other Latinx coalitions, 2.) pilot test the newly developed Latinx-Friendly Agency Assessment Tool in Washtenaw County with coalition members and outside organizations, and revise the assessment for publication and dissemination statewide, and 3.) facilitate coaching and inter-organizational learning using the ABLe Change framework to improve services to Latinx population based on each organization’s assessment results.
