The Southeastern Michigan Health Association (SEMHA) is seeking capacity building support in governance, strategic planning, business structure evaluation, and professional development to enhance their efforts in advancing health equity initiatives. The funding will enable the advisory board to develop a workforce strategy, prioritize health equity initiatives, undergo strategic planning, evaluate their service delivery model, and provide leadership training to staff, aiming to increase their efficiency and capacity to support existing and new partners and address social determinants of health.
