This project builds on Focus:HOPE’s 2020 and 2021 capacity building grants where Focus:HOPE conducted an in-depth, stakeholder-driven application design process, system build-out, and implementation of a volunteer management system for their Food Justice Program. In this next phase of Focus:HOPE’s digital transformation they will build on that initial investment by developing and building out an agency wide One Focus platform. One Focus will allow the organization to create an agency wide intake, case management and reporting solution which will include program performance dashboards, profiles of individuals and families, and enhanced reporting. It will also position Focus:HOPE to engage in meaningful data exchanges around social determinants of health with other agencies and providers, providing a more streamlined intake and referral process for their clients. Funding will offset the cost of designing and developing the system’s building out, the implementation, and some consultant costs. Microsoft Philanthropies will also be providing a matching cash gift of $75,000.
