Family Promise of West Michigan collaborates with community and faith-based organizations to provide emergency shelter and culturally informed services for families with children experiencing homelessness, achieving an 85% success rate in maintaining stable housing through its stabilization services. To support its growing staff and service demands, grant funds will be used to upgrade internal technology systems, enhancing financial management and operational efficiency while ensuring long-term sustainability.
