Past Grants

To ensure strong leadership across Michigan’s Centers for Independent Living, this project will develop emergency and long-term succession plans through statewide workshops and one-on-one coaching. These plans will help boards and directors manage leadership changes smoothly, preserving services and stability for people with disabilities throughout the state.
