To address high substance use disorder rates and reduce incarceration in St. Clair County, BWROC will develop a Recovery First Treatment Court in partnership with the 31st Circuit Court. The planning project will secure administrative support, formalize agreements with the court, and outline the program’s structure while building community awareness and seeking implementation funding.
