Past Grants

This project will focus on implementing a team-based telehealth service from iN2L (It’s Never 2 Late) to improve the social connection and improve access to health care for older adults who are receiving long-term care for those living in both residential care settings and in the community. This project will especially focus on those older adults who are living with dementia.
