Past Grants

This project will provide a group mentoring program for post-partum adolescents with the goal of delaying subsequent pregnancies. Corner Health Center will provide structured group mentoring sessions on contraception and individualized and group sessions to provide youth leaders with skill building. Individualized guidance and exposure to alternative life choices will be provided via role modeling by mentors and youth leaders.
