Atlantic Impact will work with a program and evaluation consultant to ensure their newest program, Our Town Cares, meets the anticipated outcomes of improved nutritional behavior change and young people making more healthcare-focused career choices, as well as expand their case manager’s capacity to track these outcomes and improved contact with participants. This will also provide long-term support for program participants by reducing students’ food related chronic disease risk and providing better guidance on future career choices.
