Past Grants

Starfish Family Services will use the Pediatric Integrated Health Care model to integrate behavioral and medical care for children in two Southeast Michigan clinics and create a business case to sustain integrated care models through payer reimbursement. The integrated model will improve patient outcomes through detection and early intervention of behavioral health needs in the appropriate setting.
