To reduce health disparities among LGBTQ+ adults in Michigan, this project will address food insecurity and provide welcoming recreational and wellness opportunities. It will serve over 1,000 people through healthy food distribution, yoga and mindfulness sessions, and a low-barrier sports league, while helping three other LGBTQ+ centers create similar programs tailored to their communities.
