Past Grants

The project will look to develop a training hub with the aim of implementing rights-preserving reforms that meet the diverse needs of probate courts by increasing the training for Guardians ad litem (GALs), who serve as court investigators in guardianship cases. It will also include cross-training for medical and legal professionals and introducing functional assessments to tailor guardianship decisions better.
