Past Grants

This is a collaborative funding effort between the Superior Health Foundation, Blue Cross Blue Shield Foundation of Michigan, the Gogebic Range Health Foundation, and the Portage Health Foundation to address health-related transportation challenges in the Upper Peninsula. Stakeholders from across the U.P. and lower Michigan will gather to discuss different paths to addressing the many transportation needs of the U.P.  The meeting will guide the design of an RFP and proposal review process where a collaborative group able to meet these transportation related needs will be selected to implement projects to address them.
