The Arc is seeking support to hire a consultant to facilitate a strategic and phased plan for communications to strengthen their connection with clients, update online content and improve storytelling, and develop a public and media relations strategy for the organization.Through this communications plan, The Arc intends to strengthen its brand’s connection with its customers through social media & content marketing; update informational videos and social media clips; tell better stories about its services and successes; and develop a public and media relations strategy to increase brand visibility and enable them to control their story.
