Past Grants

This project builds on a successful pilot and aims to extend a model that significantly reduced staff turnover among direct care workers. By implementing this model across service regions and enforcing training standards, they plan to train a larger group of in-home personal care provider staff and measure the impact on a broader segment of the aging population, with support from MDHHS and a focus on raising wage standards for participating workers.
