Past Grants

This project will leverage the existing iHeLP screening tool to increase identification of problematic substance use and access to evidence-based interventions among 14- to 17-year-olds in Henry Ford Health System pediatric primary care clinics. iHeLP software follows Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) guidelines to conduct empirically-based screening and identify appropriate, personalized interventions based on the level of risk.
