Past Grants

This project will result in sustaining culture change to better address the treatment needs of people with substance use disorder (SUD) beginning at the hospital. Building on a model in Kent Country, this project will support hospitals to implement a replicable inpatient addiction consulting service (rounding), through the provision of technical support and information sharing.
