Past Grants

The Lenawee Community Foundation will regrant funding to community partners to address the Health Fund’s priority areas, including access to healthy food, wellness and fitness programs, technology enhancements, access to mental health services, and health-related transportation. These community partnerships will support existing programs, build coalitions, and seek additional funding for sustainable programs.
