Past Grants

Grantmakers in Aging has been an important network and resource for the Health Fund staff. This strategic sponsorship both positions the Health Fund as a leader in aging but will also provide opportunities for Health Fund staff to enhance our strategy around technology and the role it can play to better support older adults across the state.
