Past Grants

Go Thrive! will expand MidMichigan Health Foundation’s Go Outside! program, which combats childhood obesity among rural, low-income children and families. This program will offer an 8-week course on nutrition, physical activity, goal setting, and stress management to achieve the proper weight loss or educational goals of the families, schools, physicians, and community as a whole.
