Past Grants

This project will create a single access point for information, assistance, and service delivery for older adults in Flint who have been impacted by the Flint water crisis. The Valley Area Agency on Aging will host biweekly information sessions. visit homebound older adults, and connect older adults with community health workers to access blood lead testing, eater testing, water filter installation and maintenance, and water delivery.
