To improve the ability to respond to emergency calls with the appropriate personnel, the expansion project will help four rural sites assess their current capacity and standardize call coding. Identifying rural capacity needs based on a better understanding of all calls related to behavioral health will help develop a standardized, statewide behavioral health emergency response.
