Past Grants

In partnership with the University of Michigan’s School of Social Work, Hannan Center will conduct a process and outcomes evaluation of their My Neighborhood Connections (MNC) program, a unique independent living model for older adults in Detroit. They hope to learn how well the program is meeting the needs of seniors, how staff and AmeriCorps members can capture these successes via Google tools, and what prominent and important lessons arising from this evaluation will contribute the sustainability of the MNC.
