Past Grants

The goal of this pilot project is to build a unified county-wide approach to nutritional health and wellness programming that serves area youth with the goals of increasing nutritional education and increasing physical activity in partner schools. The project involves provision of hands-on learning opportunities and increased food access for youth and their families and creating opportunities for under-resourced school-aged children to participate in healthy, accessible physical activities.
