United Way of Marquette County (UWMC) seeks to enhance nonprofit health services in Marquette County by implementing a “Shared Services” model that centralizes essential functions for five to seven health-focused nonprofits facing resource challenges. Partnering with the Marquette-Alger Regional Education Services Agency (MARESA), UWMC will conduct an organizational assessment to develop this model, providing critical administrative support like bookkeeping and grant management while ensuring financial sustainability and improved health outcomes in the community.
