To prepare for a leadership transition and strengthen internal learning, this project will build a centralized evaluation system that helps staff collect, organize, and use data across five core programs. The system will include shared tools for survey collection, goal tracking, and real-time decision-making, while also training a staff member to serve as the organization’s first internal evaluator and embedding quarterly reflection sessions into team routines.
